主要研究方向为高性能铝合金和钛合金、3D打印金属材料、金属基复合材料、金属玻璃。

博士,教授,华南理工大学2016年杰出人才计划高层次引进人才。以不同的研究内容分别获得德国德累斯顿工业大学(德国11所精英大学之一)和华南理工大学的博士学位,先后在著名材料研究所:德国亥姆霍兹柏林能源材料中心(HZB)、德国固体材料研究所(IFW Dresden)和日本東北大学原子分子材料科学高等研究机构(WPI-AIMR)从事科研工作6年多。发表SCI索引论文共计58篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者SCI论文25篇,近五年被SCI检索总引用914次,他引623次,Google Scholar引用1400余次,H因子达到20,有1篇合作论文入选为ESI全球1%高被引论文。近三年发表SCI索引论文37篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者SCI论文15篇,包括NPG Asia Materials 1篇,Acta Materialia 1篇,Materials Science and Engineering: A 3篇;作为主要贡献者发表Acta Materialia 1篇,International Journal of Plasticity 1篇,Materials Science and Engineering: A 3篇。出版编著1本共上下两册(两名共同编辑之一),担任Materials期刊客座编辑和International Journal of Minerals, Metallurgy and Materials期刊青年编辑,近5年国内外重要会议邀请报告20余次,35余个国际SCI期刊审稿专家。主持科技创新特区、国家自然科学基金、日本学术振兴会、挪威教育国际合作中心、广东省基础与应用基础研究基金、广州市科技创新发展专项等项目。

与国内外知名单位建立了广泛的合作关系,包括德国IFW, TU Dresden, TU Berlin、日本东北大学、美国威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校、美国中佛罗里达大学、英国剑桥大学、奥地利施密特材料研究所、挪威科技大学、爱沙尼亚塔林工业大学等著名研究机构和院校。
