任娇艳,华南理工大学食品科学与工程学院教授、博士生导师,现为第十二届中国青联委员、全国学校食品安全与营养健康工作专家组专家、中国抗衰老促进会功效营养科技工作委员会专家组专家。2020年入选教育部青年长江学者、教育部新世纪优秀人才、首届广东省卓越青年团队基金获得者、广东省“珠江学者”特聘教授、首批广东特支计划科技创新青年拔尖人才、广东省杰出青年基金获得者、广东省高等学校“千百十人才培养工程”培养对象等人才称号。目前还担任中国食品科学技术学会特殊食品分会第三届理事会理事、国际食品营养与安全协会理事、广东省食品学会常务理事等社会兼职。
长期扎根于食品营养健康与动植物蛋白源性功能肽结构解析及其功效机制研究,曾于英国剑桥大学、美国康奈尔大学、加拿大联邦农业部AAFC食品科学研究中心等机构访问学习,累计海外学习经历三年以上。作为项目负责人主持国家863子课题2项、国家自然科学基面上及青年项目4项、国家重点研发项目课题1项/子课题2项。主持科技部“一带一路”创新人才交流外国专家项目1项、新疆自治区重大科技专项课题1项、广东省国际科技合作项目1项、首届广东省卓越青年团队项目1项(300万)、产学研企业委托项目23项,获企业委托横向课题超千万元,相关技术已有4项通过省部级成果鉴定。以第一完成人获教育部自然科学奖二等奖1项(2019年)、中国食品科学技术学会科技创新奖—杰出青年奖(2023年)、2023年“发明创业奖项目奖”铜奖1项(2023年)、第24届全国发明展览会发明创业奖金奖1项(2020年)、粤港澳大湾区高价值专利培育布局奖1项(2022年,战略性支柱产业)、广东省科学技术奖励二等奖(第八)1项、广东省轻工协科技进步一等奖(第七)1项。

近五年累计指导博士20名、硕士46名。含巴基斯坦、孟加拉国等“一带一路”国家博士留学生4名;巴基斯坦、孟加拉国、多哥、黑山、尼日利亚等“一带一路”国家硕士留学生14名。已培养6名博士生、22名硕士研究生及15名本科生,所培养学生目前在著名高校、科研院所、跨国企业、高新技术企业及大型国企等发挥重要的作用。引导学生参加创新实践活动(“挑战杯”竞赛、“攀登计划”科技专项、互联网+创新创业大赛等)。指导学生获中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛全国奖2项(全国银奖1项、全国铜奖1项)、国家级大学生创新创业训练计划2项、广东省大学生创新创业训练计划2项。
我的团队
现为第五期“兴华人才工程”食品化学与功能食品工程学团队带头人,形成多学科交叉、以青年为主的学术梯队,现有教授/副教授5人、科研助理3人、博士后、博士及硕士研究生共48人,其中来自加纳、多哥、巴基斯坦、黑山共和国“一带一路”国家博士留学生4人、硕士留学生14人。与北京协和医院、中国医学科学院肿瘤医院等单位密切合作。国际专家顾问团队由12位来自英国剑桥大学、哈佛大学医学院、加纳海岸角大学等知名专家学者组成,研究领域涵盖食品科学、营养学、生物学等多学科,为团队的科学研究、人才培养、国际合作与交流提供前瞻性、战略性指导建议。
