李静蓉,女,1973年生,本科、硕士毕业于南京航空航天大学机电学院;2002年博士毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学;现任华南理工大学机械与汽车工程学院教授、博士生导师;担任教育部机械基础课程教学指导分委员会委员、中南地区机械设计教学研究会副理事长、广东省机械设计教学研究会理事长,华南理工大学机械工程虚拟仿真实验教学中心(首批国家级虚拟仿真实验教学中心)主任,国家级双语精品课程《机械设计》课程负责人、首批国家虚拟仿真实验教学项目“基于虚拟现实的金属特种铸造工艺实验”负责人。长期从事机械工程领域的数字化设计与智能设计研究工作,目前的主要研究方向包括:
[1] 计算机辅助设计与制造技术;
[2] 虚拟现实技术及其在机械设计中的应用;
[3] 人工智能技术在工业中的应用。
