个人简介
王文樑,男,1989年1月生,中共党员、支部书记、系副主任,华南理工大学材料科学与工程学院教授、博士生导师,入选国家级青年人才、中国科协青年人才托举、广东省杰青、香江学者等计划。聚焦于宽禁带半导体GaN材料与器件研究。近五年,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划课题任务、国防科技创新特区项目、装备预研教育部联合基金青年人才基金、装备发展部快速扶持项目等国家/省部级项目10余项;发表Adv. Mater.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、ACS Nano、IEEE Electron Dev. Lett.等第一/通讯作者SCI论文30余篇,被诺贝尔物理学奖得主Amano及Nakamura教授、美国国家工程院院士Atwater、Schlom、Bhattacharya、Bowers、DenBaars等教授、中国科学院院士王占国、郑有炓、郝跃等教授他引1500余次;被国际材料领域著名杂志Materials View China、国际半导体领域著名杂志Semiconductor Today及化学与材料科学杂志专题报道10余次;以第一发明人授权中国、美国、澳大利亚、新加坡、日本等国内外发明专利20余件;国内外邀请报告20余次;获中国有色金属工业科学技术奖一等奖(2024,第一完成人)、广东省技术发明一等奖(2019,第二完成人)、中国有色金属学会杰出工程师青年奖(2021,个人奖)、广东省专利优秀奖(2022,第二完成人)等科研奖励;指导的学生获2022年互联网+大赛全国金奖(第二指导老师)、2023年广东省挑战杯大赛特等奖(第一指导老师)、2024年中国国际大学生创新大赛广东省金奖(第一指导老师)等。
