(2)高分辨率液体核磁共振(NMR)测定核酸及其他生物分子的三维空间结构;
(3)人类神经退行性疾病中基因不稳定性的机理;
(4)生物药物靶向作用的机制及药物设计;
(5)单分子技术研究生物大分子的生理学性质。
